Kim Zolciak’s Sons Accused of Throwing Firecrackers and Eggs at Equestrian Camp in 911 Call: Report
Police were called to Kim Zolciak’s home in Alpharetta, Georgia, on November 25, 2025, after a 911 caller reported that teens were throwing firecrackers and eggs at an equestrian camp near the property, according to an event report obtained by Us Weekly.
The caller claimed a teenage male was standing on the porch of Zolciak’s residence and “screaming obscenities” at a horseback riding facility in the area. The teen also allegedly threw firecrackers in the direction of the camp. Although Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons—14-year-old Kash and 15-year-old KJ—were not directly named in the 911 call, the report indicates that they were involved in the incident.
Police Response
When officers arrived, they spoke with Zolciak, 48. According to the report, they “advised her to talk to her boys about yelling obscenities out the back of their house toward the horse farm. Kim said she will look at her cameras and address the issue.”
The report also states that the complainant had attempted to contact a parent at the location in the past but “has never seen a parent there.” The caller told dispatchers that this was “not the first time” the teen and his younger brother had done this. The complaint highlighted an ongoing tension between the family and those who run the nearby horse farm.
Similar Incident Over the Summer
This was not the first time police had been called about the boys and the equestrian camp. TMZ reported in September that a similar incident occurred on July 14. According to a police report obtained by the outlet, one of the boys was accused of shooting a pellet gun to scare horses at the farm. An employee at the facility told authorities that, to her knowledge, no horses or individuals had been struck by the pellets. However, the employee also reported having prior issues with the children, claiming they were “verbally rude and uncooperative” when confronted.
The teen’s name was redacted in that report, according to the outlet. Officers on the scene said they saw “20 to 30 pellets scattered in the roadway next to the property.” When police spoke to Zolciak’s son, he admitted to shooting the pellet gun but denied that he was trying to hit any horses or people. No charges were filed in connection with that incident.
Us Weekly reached out to representatives for Zolciak and KJ for comment on the new report but did not immediately hear back.
KJ Biermann’s Legal Troubles
The neighborhood complaints come at a difficult time for the family, as KJ is currently facing serious felony charges in an unrelated case. The 15-year-old was arrested in August on charges of aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy following an alleged incident with an unidentified minor female at a local gym. The alleged victim, a minor whom Us Weekly has chosen not to identify, reported the incident to authorities, leading to the teen’s arrest.
KJ was later indicted on charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16. On Tuesday, October 6, Us Weekly confirmed that KJ pleaded not guilty to all charges.
His attorney, Jason Sheffield, spoke out after the arrest, saying, “First and foremost, this is not the kind of information that should be for public dissemination. These are juveniles.” Sheffield went on to say that KJ is innocent of the sexual assault charges, emphasizing that the legal process should be allowed to play out.
Kim Zolciak’s Statement
Zolciak has also publicly defended her eldest son. In a statement to Us Weekly following KJ’s arrest, she said: “The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.” She added that KJ “voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed” and that “an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.”
Her statement continued: “False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence. At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation.”
Zolciak concluded, “We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.”
Additional Allegations
Despite the family’s denials, investigators have reportedly uncovered additional evidence. Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy said that footage was recently discovered on KJ’s phone allegedly showing him and an unidentified family member under the age of 12 engaging in sexual activity. Prosecutors also claimed to have found evidence of “multiple encounters” in which KJ used “predatory [and] derogatory” language with the victim. KJ has not publicly addressed these latest allegations.
The legal case has drawn significant media attention, in part because of the high-profile nature of the family. Zolciak rose to fame on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and later starred in the spinoff Don’t Be Tardy alongside her husband, former NFL player Kroy Biermann. The couple’s family life was a central part of the show, and their children grew up in front of cameras. Now, however, the family is facing scrutiny over allegations involving their sons.
Ongoing Complaints
The repeated complaints from the equestrian camp and the police reports paint a picture of ongoing issues. In the November 911 call, the caller expressed frustration that the behavior had happened before and that attempts to resolve it with the boys’ parents had not succeeded. The report’s note that the complainant had “never seen a parent there” adds another layer to the story, though it is unclear whether that statement referred to the specific moment of the incident or to previous encounters.
For now, no charges have been filed in the pellet gun incident, and the November report does not indicate that any charges resulted from that call. The reports involving the equestrian camp are separate from the more serious charges KJ is facing. But together, they have placed the family under a harsh spotlight.
Us Weekly has reached out to representatives for Zolciak and KJ for further comment. KJ has not issued a public response to the latest allegations involving the phone footage. The legal process continues to unfold, and the family has asked the public to wait for the facts to be established in court rather than relying on unproven accusations.
