Vice President Kamala Harris has spoken out against former President Donald Trump’s recent comments regarding former Rep. Liz Cheney, stating that his rhetoric has become increasingly violent and should disqualify him from ever holding the presidency again. Kennedy, Jr. would serve in a hypothetical second Trump administration to oversee health and women’s health policies. Harris condemned Kennedy as a purveyor of “junk science and crazy conspiracy theories” and argued that he is ill-suited to make decisions about healthcare for American families.
“Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is the last person who should be entrusted with shaping healthcare policy in this country,” Harris declared. “His track record of promoting misinformation and fringe beliefs makes him a dangerous choice for any role that involves safeguarding the health and well-being of our citizens.”
